CHALLENGE
Implement technological tools that help them promote administrative efficiency and effectiveness, consolidate modern, efficient and transparent public management at the service of citizens, strengthen the fight against corruption, transparency of information and accountability through interactive portals, with technical standards and responding to the requirements of citizens, access to public information, centralize the procedures offered by government entities at the national level so that users have access to a single point.
SOLUTION
Implement a Search Application for Public Service Portals (www.funcionpublica.gov.co), SUIT (Single Process Information System www.suit.gov.co), SIGEP (Public Employment Information and Management System at the service of public administration and citizens www.sigep.gov.co) and Portal Banco de Manageres Públicos (allows to find all academic information and work experience of Colombian state managers), the managing portal is exclusively used for internal DAFP users.
For each of the portals of the institution were developed technological tools with different functionalities as follows:
Portal Funcion Pública (Administrative Department of the Public Service), with the implementation of the Search Application, citizens have easy and agile access to the public information of the entity as topics of regulations, publications or indicators of general interest about the entity and the national government in general.
Among the technological developments are:
Implementation of Search Box, Results Interface, Web Portal Indexing (https://www.funcionpublica.gov.co/).
SUIT Portal: (Single Processing Information System), in this portal citizens can consult the procedures and other administrative procedures that all state institutions offer to citizens. Implementation enables them to centralize administrative procedures and procedures at the national and territorial levels.
Among the technological developments are:
Implementation of Search Box, users can search for information about the procedures and services provided by government entities at national and territorial levels.
Results interface, indexation of procedures by database, spell checker.
SIGEP Portal (Public Employment Information and Management System at the service of public administration and citizens). The tool allows access to information of an institutional nature both national and territorial, related to: type of entity, sector to which it belongs, formation, staff plant, jobs that it possesses, manual of functions, salaries, benefits, resumes, human talent information with which the institutions of the Colombian state are identified.
