Implement enterprise information search technology tools to help people effectively access and search the information the Agency holds across all its applications, databases and documents in different formats, in order to locate information about supervised entities and obtain relevant results for decision-making in their management processes.

Likewise, implement a solution for external users that provides web access to public information, such as the agency’s regulations and public records like laws, decrees, resolutions, circulars, opinions and draft regulations.
SOLUTION
Implement a Search-Based Application within the agency’s document management system that allows officials to find information in the case files of supervised companies.
For external users, the Search Application was implemented so they can access public information such as laws, decrees, resolutions, circulars, opinions and draft regulations.
Notable technological developments include:
Online reports, designed to find, filter, explore, visualize and share the agency’s information; a tool that interacts with the user when searching for information related to the entities supervised by the Superintendency, with results that can be displayed in charts with analyses and forecasts that make the information easier to understand.
One of the key pieces of this portal is Creangel’s Search-Based Application, which uses Google Search Appliance as part of its platform.
Implementation of the search box on the Web Portal so that everyone has access to the agency’s public information.
