CHALLENGE
Strengthen the documents section of the National Information Network (Red Nacional de Información) web portal through an application for searching information and documents. These documents contain information that identifies and diagnoses the circumstances that caused and continue to cause harm to victims. The application must provide fast, easy and user-friendly access for officials and citizens using everyday language.
SOLUTION
Implement a search solution integrated into the www.rni.unidadvictimas.gov.co portal (National Information Network). The portal contains all kinds of information about the victims of the armed conflict in Colombia. The application makes it easy for users to find documents or publications such as books, maps, presentations, reports, forms and guidelines of interest to researchers and documentarians studying the armed conflict, as well as files published in various formats produced by the different agencies that make up the National Information Network.
