CHALLENGE

Strengthen the web portal through a Search Application which works with information that identifies and diagnoses the circumstances that caused and cause the damage to the victims. The Application must allow quick, easy and friendly access to officials and citizens, using everyday language.

SOLUTION

Implement a search solution, which is integrated into the portal www.rni.unidadvictimas.gov.co, (National Information Network). The portal contains information about the victims of the armed conflict in Colombia. The Application facilitates access for users to find documents or publications such as: Books, maps, presentations, reports, formats, and guidelines for researchers and documenters about the situation of armed conflict, as well as publication of files in different formats that are produced by different entities that make up the National Information Network.

Among the technological developments, the following stand out:

Implementation of the Search Box, Results Interface and pagination.
